Now that we're all back in school I figured this thread might be a little fun. I've seen this on other forums before and I find it interesting to read everyone's horror stories. So basically we can talk about any teacher in this thread whether or not we have them at the moment. So yeah let the rants begin

!
My Current Science Teacher-Okay so I've been at school for less than a week and I already hate her. Along with the rest of the school. First off, she has the most ANNOYING voice. Imagine a chimpmunk that is trying to masquerade as a ho. THAT IS WHAT HER VOICE SOUNDS LIKE. And I have to put up with this all year. She's also extremely moody. Like she got mad at me because I was the last one to leave and when I told her sorry she said "You're not sorry. You were slow on purpose. Nah nah nah nah nah....

" Finally, she's not teaching anything and apparently she never will. Jeez. How am I supposed to get into any AP classes next year if she's not teaching anything?
Spanish 1 Teacher-This teacher IS a bitch. She's nice to the people that she likes but she's incredibly horrible to the peole that she hates. And yours truly was on her hate list. One time she literally drove me to tears in the class (yes I'm wimpy but that's not the case here) and she LAUGHED about it in front of the class. Yeah you got that right. She laughed and mocked me for it. What a great teacher. It didn't help that I decided to drop Spanish after that. Somehow she found out and started screaming at me in front of the class on why I wasn't continuing. It was all I could do to keep my mouth shut and say, "Gee..I don't know. Maybe it's because you're a motherfucking asshole." Ugh.
Actually that's it for now but I'll add more when I think of some

.
Man, WTF. You need to report them or something, but that'd make you a snitch. I haven't had any teachers like that, or didn't...true, there were some who did nothing when others got laughed at (me included) but they didn't actively do the laughing. AP my ass, lol...I hated my AP classes...too many egotistical smart-asses with sticks up their asses.
It wouldn't make a difference. I remember that there's one P.E. teacher that molests all the girls but my school board ignored all the complaints. Luckily, I never had him.
As far as AP classes, well let's just I have stereotypical Asian parents that would disinherit me if I didn't get into all AP classes o.O.
Wow, some of your teachers really do suck o.o;; I haven't had many problems since I graduated high school, but back then I had some crappy teachers too -- one in particular just could not teach his material, even though he'd been doing it for years and years (one of the girls in that class with me said her mom had had him and that her class tried and failed to get him fired because he was such a bad teacher). I'm a good student, and his was the first class I had to bring home a "progress report" because I wasn't doing well. Basically, everyone in my class except for those naturally inclined to understand physics hated him.
As for AP classes, I'm really glad I took them, because for me, this meant having a whole class of people who could use their brains, rather than having class with a few insightful people and a lot of fluff heads. ... And I think the teachers were much more relaxed and likely to treat the students like human beings. I think AP Government and AP English were about the best classes I took at my high school. Taking AP Calculus in high school also meant that I don't have to take any math in college, which is
really nice

Wow. Just, wow. I guess it really depends on the school and the teachers (and the students too ... I think there were a few arrogant jerks in my classes too, but most of them at my school were too dumb for advanced classes). Pretty depressing ...
I like my teachers so far, but I must say taking an ap class was the DUMBEST thing I ever did. I took AP stats last year of highschool and now that I'm taking real math again in college its so darned confusing.
Well, why not, let's just join in for the hell of it. Let's see, uuuh....
Chemistry 11- So far, he's not that bad. He actually realizes that we are going copy off each others' homework all the time no matter what the teachers say, and thus doesn't give a damn. But every other science teacher calls him the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler so we'll see how that one goes...
Physics 11- Laziest teacher I've had the pleasure to witness live. When she reaches the end of a scroll of the overhead projector, she just gets a new one because she's too lazy to wipe it herself. She punishes late and lazy students by making them wash/clean the boards/projector scrolls for the same reason. Oh, and she makes students teach the class as part of an assignment because, guess what, she's too lazy to teach some of the units that she doesn't like. Now, she knows what she's talking about (most of the time), she's just too lazy. Yeah. Her voice will probably make some people's ears bleed, but I'm not too concerned with that. Her laziness also gives her a randomness attribute, which can sometimes be either funny or painful for us.
Law - Slightly arrogant, talks too much, class too dull. Pretty sure he actually sat down and read the holy bibles of Canadian Criminal and Civil Law (which are both just as thick as the Christian bible). Probably learned more from the textbook than his lessons. Only thing I like about the class is that we get to sit down and read the newspaper for 10 minutes.
Japanese 11- For some reason that I'm not aware of, our original japanese teacher had to get a neck surgery, so we got a teacher we never heard of. Now, she's actually Japanese, which is pretty freaking awesome because she got a real accent, but the fun ends there. Her classes are boring, dull, and...boring. And she's too upright with the rules. And she's not funny. Our old Japanese class was actually fun; now it's just a tedious repetition.
Actually I live in a pretty good community, so most of the people aren't bitches. The teachers really aren't that bad, pretty sure they've all received proper training and whatnot. Maybe that's why I have so little complaints compared to the rest of you. I've actually got more complaints with spoiled and retarded section of our student population, but this wouldn't be the right place to bitch about that. Oh well, life still sucks, that's all that matters. You have my sympathy.

Believe it or not, I actually live in a pretty well-to-do community in Orange County. We're known as "the bubble" and I go to a school that's reputable of being crazy smart and 50% Korean FOB. I guess everyone's starting to rebel which may explain the estacsy I found in a FOBby pencil case
.
Thanks for the AP tips guys
~! I'm actually taking AP Art History at the moment so I'll see how AP classes go
.
I'm done schooling.. but my dad's a teacher. Does he count? LOL

AP Art History, eh...are you planning to major in the humanities?
I duuno
. I like Art and history so I thought "Hey why not and I'm getting AP credit for this?" But honestly, I have no idea about what I wanna do or what I wanna major. Gotta find something quick
