hi all out there. i am trying to get help finding a manga anime film i saw years ago.if u can possibly help then please reply.i saw this film on channel 4 in about 1990 something to do with physco police men but very cool.trying 2 kill something very bad and going up 2 some space station for finil battle.not very much info sorry but if u can help that would b great.take care all. baz
