Who here likes plushies?
I do. Four and a half occupy my room at the moment: Poromon (from Digimon), Mokona (of the Tsubasa variety), Yuki (from Fruits Basket), and Tokunaga (from the video game Tales of the Abyss) -- I say four "and a half" because Tokunaga's head is detachable and he came with an extra head o_o;; (Yeah, it's kind of random. ...) Once I get to Japan, I plan on picking up a few more, of course ^_^
I think my love for plushies carries over from when I collected stuffed animals as a child (and when I say "stuffed," I don't mean by a taxidermist!). Cute + soft + huggable = win.
So who else has/loves plushies? Which ones do you have?

I don't really have any anime/video game associated ones except Master Tonberry from Final Fantasy because it's bloodthirsty, it's one of the hardest enemies in the games and well, it carries a lantern, wears a hood and has a knife which will get you good.
I have a whole bunch of misc. animals, one of my favourites being Snowy (Milou) from Tintin. The other ones are just stuffed animals...
The one that I carry around all the time is a dog (by that I mean, I take it for vacation, to uni, etc). I think the anime/vg ones are cute but for some reason I still prefer plush animals based on...real life animals. Right now I'm trying to get this version of Peter Rabbit as well as Nutbrown Hare.
When I was in sixth grade (which was four years ago), my friend gave me a Kirara (from Inuyasha) plushie. I've long outgrown Inuyasha but I still treasure Kirara as a reminder of our friendship (cheesy I know but it's true

Most of the series I like don't have plushies (or don't have like any merchandise in general), but I did try to get a Mokona plushie two summers ago at AX. Unfortunately, they were selling it for $86. Yeah, my ass.

Yeah, I still have a lot of stuffed animals, most of which are irresistibly cute and have many memories attached to them. My old favorite is also a dog, but I don't bring him anywhere anymore because he's so worn at the neck that I'm seriously afraid of his head falling off o_o So now the other stuffed animals take turns ^^; (My plushies are more for looking cute than for cuddling, for lack of a better way to put it.)

Aww, that's really sweet ^_^ Also, $86 for a plushie?! Dang. My roommate got me my Mokona from a con (she's so nice!), so I don't know how much it was, but it was definitely not that much.
I've got a pile of Beanie Babies, and I really liked the beanbag-style Pokemon plushies. However, I dislike the poor quality of most of the anime plushies that I see, so I don't buy them.
I know this is a really old thread but I have a Sanosuke plushie from Rurouni Kenshin. By the way I'm new on this site, stumbled upon it.
