I'm not sure when it came out in the US (too lazy to look it up) but it just came out here in our country last May 1. I just saw it yesterday. My first impression while watching the show was "alright.. just like the other spiderman movies.. cool effects, nice action.. etc". Then as the story progress I was starting to get a little turned off by the story. It felt like it was going nowhere. There's sandman, hob goblin, and venom.. I thought the story was going to suck but I was wrong. The ending was kind of nice. ^_^

I haven't seen it, but I have a good reason. I saw Ghost Rider. Seriously, it practically made me cry. These new marvel movies are in general horrendous to those who read the comics. Saying that I admit my stupid (and sadly stronger) side still hasn't learned and I'll probably end up seeing the movie within the week. Curse you two dollar theater 3 blocks down the street! argh, I'll never learn.
I don't read the comics but I watch Ghost Rider and I found it the most awful Marvel movie that I've seen. Spider Man 3 may not be as good as the first two but it's not as bad as Ghost Rider. ^_^
Haven't watched it and don't plan to, at least not till the DVD comes out.

Hot Fuzz was amazing, I managed to see first showing (and yes that did involve skipping school). But look where its coming from, Shawn of the Dead was also extremely enjoyable, and I'm still not sure which of the two movies I liked better

I haven't seen Shaun of the Dead, how was that? Hot Fuzz had a surprisingly intricate plot, I was expecting a comedy with some over-the-top gore but I found much more. My brother and I both enjoyed it very much.
you've got to see Shawn of the Dead, its absolutely amazing. Theres a really sweet surprise to it but I'm going to be nice and let you find out for yourself. Just remember, aim for the head
darn my curiosity, it'll kill me like a cat some day. I went to see Spiderman 3 last night and that was one of the biggest mistakes I've made in a long time. The movie was slowed, the characters backstories were horrendous, venom refers to himself as I, nobody cares about some love triangle directly out of an airport romance "novel", and honestly don't think the writers have EVER read a spiderman comic. Alright then, I've had my mad rant, go about your business nothing more to see here.... VENOM SAID I!
