I honestly don't know o.O. Maybe I messed up something along the way? Should I like redownload wordpress and reboot everything? o.O?

Hi. I have a question regarding uploading new themes to wordpress. According to the instructions, step 3: "Upload this folder into your server where your WordPress blog is hosted."

Er, how exactly do I do this?
